Performance System

Akenerji Performance Management System is a process aiming for our corporate goals to be embraced by individuals, and our common corporate culture to be strengthened. Outputs of this process are taken into account in remuneration, training and development planning, and talent management processes. Therefore, human resources processes are performed within an integrated system.

A “Balanced Score Card” model is applied in our Performance Management System. Our employees can focus more on their business goals, and tend towards common corporate targets by means of this model, which has four main dimensions; Finance, Process and Operation, Customer, and Employee.
